In other news, I'm debating whether or not to go see the Da Vinci Code. I probably will, 'cos, Paul. But... I dunno. Weird Spanish accent, nudity, creepifying... so long as there are no tyres or donkeys, that's all I ask.
Much broken glass five minutes before I left for work this morning, which was kind of annoying. And the first rose I ever got, which I'd been hanging onto due to ridiculous oversentimentality, is now in pieces and in the bin. It's making me feel like I ought to have a serious pare-down. That I ought to just get rid of all the ridiculous junk that I don't need any more.
My instant reaction when something like this comes up is to go HEY, WHO WANTS RANDOM SHIT! And by random shit I mean small toys, CDs, books, all the crap I don't need any more. And I would do that, seriously I would, only I can't afford the postage. Charity shops it is, I guess.
Life laundry. I guess it's about time I did. I've been sorting my head out, but it's not just my head that's the problem. Plus getting rid of a lot of stuff I've been clinging onto would probably be a nicely symbolic gesture and so on and so forth, too.
Of course, there's the everpresent problem with this; it comes with a condition. Not The Books. Everything else? Fine. Not the books.

But hey, if anyone's got a tape player still, I could probably afford to send you something...
