nnyI'm back in Southampton and getting everything sorted for the trip away; leaving on Thursday for a flight on Friday. I have some exceedingly oddly coloured money in my bag, a new passport in which I managed somehow not to look absolutely hideous, various new vests - mum has just called me an ambassador for the family, and now I'm laughing ridiculously - and Jonathon Strange and Mr Norrell for the plane.
Life at home is... odd. Restrictive. I'm improving at patience, though, and that's certainly one positive thing I'll be getting out of this year.
Green Wing is amazing, for the record. TV always manages to enthrall me when I'm back at home, for lack of anyone to talk to.
Now I must run - have to get a haircut in an attempt to look less like a poodle.
Will attempt to catch you all soon. If I don't update before then, I'll see WHOLE HEAPS of you at Millicon.
