Just been watching Brokeback Flatpoint and Brokeback to the Future and wondering vaguely why there's no Brokeback Firefly.

This, see, is the wonder of having parents that have left for the day and not being in the same timezone as the majority of my friendslist. I've also been reminding myself how much I love the Johnny Maxwell books, poking around vaguely for fics and wishing I was in the mood to write. The ideas are there, sure, but since I actually have the time to be doing it just now I can't. Ain't that always the way?

Y'know, there was a time once when I was able to occupy myself without livejournal.

My brain is all about the weird crossovers lately. Realised that Pumba and the Librarian have the same naming issues, and wondering if lobstrosities get the same when someone calls 'em Crab, and would that ever be an odd conversation.

Oh, and external hard drive is probably a go, since A-level is apparently £200 cheaper than I thought it was.
