nnyI'm vaguely tempted to write a fic as a gift for someone, but I'm not sure. I don't know if they like my writing or not, and I don't know if that makes a difference - is it the thought that counts? Or is it the gifts that matter?

[You may have noticed I've made no 9/11 significant post.
I remember. Of course I remember. I remember pretty much every time a plane goes overhead. How could I forget? But the world isn't remembering it in any sort of constructive manner. It's used as an excuse too often. So I'd rather remember it over here, on my own, without it being pointed, I guess. (Not that my f-list is, of course, I'm just sayin'.)]
