10 bands/people you've seen live:
But there're so many! Hmmmm.
1. Simian- saw them in Cardiff, and they absolutely blew me away. They already had my respect for releasing a second album that was so completely different from the first one- that takes guts, y'all!
2. Barenaked Ladies- another band I had to see on my own. The best thing about them was that they came out with such random improvised stuff- particularly liked the Darth Vader version of "Oops, I did it again."- "I'm not that innocent..." *snerk*
3. System of a Down- brilliant. Loud and crazy.
4. Hey, if we're including people, then EDDIE IZZARD!!!- Damn, he was funny. The kind of show where you just cross your legs and *pray* that you can keep control of your bladder...
5. Kids Near Water- screamy-emo, the good kind; and genuinely nice blokes, too.
6. Deftones (allegedly)- although I don't remember it. I *was* in the moshpit, I had the footprint shaped bruises to prove it, but that was the day I grated my face while bouncing on a metal pathway. I guess that illustrates the state I was in. =)
7. Take That! Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!!
8. Eminem/D-12- really sucked. *really*.
9. The Offspring- I'd liked them for about 6 years, so it was kind of an event.
10. Limp Bizkit- and very nearly choked on ticker tape. Damned showy bastards.
9 things you're looking forward to:
1. The next story in Telanu's Tea series.
2. Moving into my new flat, where I will not have a curfew! *mumbles wrathfully about moving back into parents' house*
3. LotR: Return of the King. Yes, I know, I *know*... I'm a geek. I freely admit this.
4. Going to see Eddie Izzard again in December.
5. Getting drunk again! *mumbles wrathfully about job not paying me*
6. Going back to Cardiff and seeing J.- Okay, I have no chance, but he's still pretty.
7. My module on visual communication this year- will learn photo manipulation etc.
8. Reading what Sorcerer comes up with to write about "to the Snapemobile!" =) Damn, I'm nasty.
9. Reading Lucifer book 3- Forbidden Planet still doesn't have it, dammit.

1. black pants.
2. Sensible bra. =)
3. Baggy jeans.
4. ball-chain bracelets.
5. chipped nailvarnish
6. eyeliner
7. black and silver ring on my little finger.
8. multiple elastics to tame my big-ass hair.

1. My hair
2. My siblings
3. People that dress inappropriately for the weather. (people, it's summer. Yes, leather trenchcoats are stylish and band hoodies announce what you like without anyone having to think too hard, but it's *summer*!)
4. People breathing on my arm.
5. People that make assumptions about me based on the way I look.
6. People that say "oh, *you* wouldn't like them" when talking about bands.
7. That I let people make me feel shitty even if I don't like/care about them.
