nnySurgical tape is mean. I really don't think it needs to stick that hard, but I will forgive it because I just got the best nurse ever - not a mite of pain or bruising and my blood was all bubbly, it was really cool. :D
Stopped off in Oxfam on the way back, because I'm incapable of resisting, and I declined 'The Age of Scurvy' tempting as it was in favour of 'The Five People You Meet in Heaven' and a random kanji covered cassette for 99p. And then classic fm played 'Sleep' by Eric Whitacre on my way home, so that was all rather delightful. I'm aching like a bastard now, though - it was kind of a long walk (and before you start, Sophie, it wasn't raining) and the sides of my abdomen are complaining like anything. Also, lungs.
This should be an addendum more often, I feel.
And now, the shipping forecast. Also, lungs.
