I think my mum and I have drastically different ideas about shorts. She told me to cut off my old and scratty jeans, and I *did*, only to have her complain about the length. She was possibly expecting something higher than the knee, rather than the calf-length baggy shorts I made. =)

I'm now wandering around the house feeling rather like a Hobbit, considering making foot-wigs, and looking forward to moving into my new flat next month.
