Hey. I'm back. I've had a pretty shitty week, all told, except for yesterday when I went to WOMAD- a marvellously eclectic world music festival. It rained all day, and I was cold and absolutely knackered, but it was great fun all the same.

Stuff is *not* going well. Nope. Not happy.

Ah well. I'm now looking forward to Trismegistus (and in all probability I've spelt that wrong...) sending me a new fic to beta. I'm trying desperately, but I don't think I'll get my three-word fic done, so I'm gonna go work on my original challenge for a while and try and get that done so I've got at least *something* to show for fest membership- apart fom great people that want me to beta for them. =)

I feel quite ridiculously lonely at the moment. I went to Cardiff, and I guess they must have been missing me- I got the truncated woes of all my friends, gave much advice and provided a friendly ear... and *not* *one* *person* asked how I was. It can get me down sometimes. Aah, screwit. I can't be arsed to care.

I am English but I'm studying English Language in Cardiff. (No, really, it *does* make sense...) I'm moving into a new flat there next month, so I went up for general recon and cleaning, because it's a little bit scummy. It looks like a drug den from the outside. =)
