Feb. 12th, 2007 07:56 pmI've finished watching season 1 of Traders, now - yes, that quickly. Dammit. It's really ever so good, and I shall be doing a picspam in honour of David Hewlett's beard at some point soon.
Fairly chipper, today. I terrorised at least two classes with a combination of singing, irrepressible good cheer, and mild to moderate insanity. It was fun!
My brain appears to be protesting my continued lack of writing output and has taken recourse in compulsive doodling. It's also denying access to files; took me bloody ages to remember 'synonym' when I was notetaking earlier, it was embarrassing. I'm reading R&G Are Dead idly, between times (often in the toilet) and I do so love Guildenstern's completely logical rambles. Or rather... the kind of logic that teeters on the edge of illogical, where the argument can be followed but the ending point isn't quite where you thought you were going. Such a good play.
Oh, and post here, if you want to leave nice messages for people on Valentines.
My plan is to go round to a mate's house, eat chocolate, drink wine, watch a film. Shiny, eh?

Date: 2007-02-12 08:49 pm (UTC)That sounds like a grand idea for Valentine's Day! (Otherwise known as International Make Single People Feel Inadequate Day.)
I stood up at church yesterday, and announced that I was leading a protest -- we single folk are fine, thanks!, and don't need a partner to be complete and shiny! -- by hosting dinner in the back toom of the local pub on Friday. All welcome: celebrate being cool as individuals! (I'll have to see how many takers I get ....)
