1. Can you cook? Reasonably well. I enjoy it, anyway.
2. What was your dream growing up? I wanted to be a vet.
3. What talent do you wish you had? I wish I could draw. I have steady hands and a reasonably artistic eye, but very little skill at transfering the pictures in my head to paper, and I'm not patient enough to practice until I get good. This is perhaps why I adore Photoshop so.
4. Favorite place? Any mountaintop.
5. Favorite vegetable? Tomato. Which is technically a fruit, so I'll toss in spinach.
6. What was the last book you read? I have so many going and being reread that it took me a minute to remember. The Romulan Way by Diane Duane, a reread of a favorite.

11. What is your favorite sport? To do? Martial arts -- I've liked all the ones I've tried, but Tae Kwon Do is the one I have most experience in. Ooh, or horseback riding. That one might win. To watch? Gymnastics, or figure skating.

27. What's your favorite bar / coffee shop / imbibing establishment to hang at? Hmm. I don't have a real favorite at the moment, since my old favorite coffee shop closed. Maybe the nameless (so far as I can tell) coffee shop that took its place, because they have great tea and lovely crepes even if they lack comfortable couches. I much prefer tiny self-owned places to chains like Starbucks, though.
28. Do you believe in ghosts? Not really, though I'm not utterly dead set against the idea.
29. Favorite thing to do in your spare time? Read. Duh. Also knit and RP and go for long rambling walks.

14. Worst thing to ever happen to you? My second cousin refused to hand over my college savings from my great-aunt, and I lost $19,000 in college money that I was counting on to go to school. Because of it, I had to drop out of school after one year.
