Winchester is just a ridiculously beautiful place. You turn corners and trip over things that other towns would be going OMG LOOK AT THIS THING! THIS THING IS SO BEAUTIFUL! And in Winchester they're just... yeah. It is one thing of many. I like it. And I have a ridiculous number of photos that I shall be spamming with later, as soon as I can be bothered to set up all the camera software and stuff.

I spent the day with chasing_laura and I had two ice creams and a pasty and some cheesecake and a chai latte and I MAY NEVER EAT AGAIN. It was fun, though! I bought ridiculously cool shoes that I suspect I'm getting too old for. And yet, my feet are the same size! Clearly the world wants me to own the shoes. I also saw the round table for the first time, and got a free Antony Gormley poster and book thing, which rather made my day.

It did end, though, with a small amount of falling down the stairs in the train station, which was hugely comical and resulted in a Flanigan-esque bray of laughter that startled all the other passengers.

You only wish you were this cool.

I love Winchester, it's so beautiful. And it has a good craft shop that I like lol. Though I might be with the avoiding for a while 'til I'm on friendly terms again with the ex-Boy. :/

Also, I am in love with the coolness of the round table. :D! Is the room it is in fully open again now? Last time I was there it was half closed off and we could not get a good photo of the table, or get out into the gardens (which meh because they're pretty).
