nnyThe new AIM is unnerving me.
Usually I get unnerved by chat programs because I have to talk to people and I have to be entertaining and people get offended if I get distracted by gnats and wander off randomly.
Now? Now I'm getting unnerved because every time I make an emoticon, said emoticon fountains, huge and translucent, from the left or right of the screen. Sometimes from below. It's like every happy face is a cumshot, and I just don't need that from my chat programs.
Usually adding porn to things is a good thing, dammit.

Date: 2007-04-08 04:39 am (UTC)In AIM Settings (F7), go to Expressions. Under Buddy Expressions, make sure there's no check in the box next to "Display smiley showers when sending and receiving smileys" and look ma, no more of that annoying shit.
