I do not read flist when tipsy in case of missing things I would usually be interested in.

It's interesting, though; my confidence increases with drunkenness. I'm only slightly drunk, but I've had fantastic conversations that I don't have the confidence to initiate when sober. Possibly my existence is knurd and I need to drink one every morning to be normal.

I don't know if I have the right word. Most of my Pterry books are in boxes because my room hasn't the space for them.

But yes; I am more articulate, more interesting when I'm tipsy, and I have vague noticing of when people are checking me out. Which I take great pains to avoid when sober. Is it any wonder I am developing a minor alcohol problem?

I'm working on it. Honest. :/

I had the same idea re: knurd. It makes sense, because my normal method of dealing with people is basically to... act slightly drunk.
