AHA!

My emo is hormonal in nature. I feel better now.

I wanted to rename my journal:

Two Cold Emo Tears
Left eye first

but then I had the painful realisation that some people would take me seriously, so I resisted the urge.

I'm all doleful and pathetic, though. I am like a sim; sometimes I have to visit innerbrat, who is wonderfully touchy-feely, in order to get a top-up on hugs and make my diamond go green so I can survive a bit longer.

I just went downstairs and leaned on my mum and she was all EW GET OFF ME HEATHEN.

Me: There should just be someone who exists for the express purpose of hugging me. This should happen.
Mum: Well just... stop picking on your family.
Me: But I don't have anyone eeeeeeelse!
Mum: You will do soon, with that hair.

So I like her again now, but I remain hugless.

One of my students told me my hair made me look young today. And I was all :D until I thought about it and then went Dude, shut up! I am young!

(For some reason they find it immensely funny when I say 'dude'.)

oh god, it's 8:30 and I'm so tired. I really am getting old. Getting up at 5 is no excuse.

Oh, I definitely feel your pain - My two best RL hug-givers are off in foreign parts this year so I've been without hugs for going on five months now.
