Torquil is from Archer's Goon, a Diana Wynne Jones book, and he's one of seven supernatural siblings who have charge of certain areas-of-life-ish - for example, Shine is crime, Dillion is police, and Torquil is music. He is awesome, but Nny just made him THAT MUCH AWESOMER.
