nnyI have a physio appointment for the 19th and now a counselling appointment for the 21st. New things scare me! Stuff like this happens and I always feel terribly guilty because honestly, people shouldn't be paying this much attention to me, I'm fine really, and *flail* and *writhe* and yeep!
On good days it's kinda easy to forget that sometimes days aren't.
