Sep. 13th, 2007 07:43 pmI am frickin' exhausted, for the record, but I've now been to the school I'll be practising at being a teaching professional grown-up type at, and it's really quite nice. I think that it'll work out okay, even if they keep telling me I'll be in tears more than once before the course is over. For me? Not so different. XD
Best thing, possibly, was the Professional Tutor person recommending that I get me a laptop. I has an excuse!
My brain appears to be writing Boa Vs Python/Thoughtcrimes crossovers without my intervention, and I'm desperate to write some McShep, but that will only last until Saturday when I get my computer back, of course. Oh god, I'm so glad to be moving into my house soon. We still have no hot water, see, although now I have two forks again. The washing up liquid is still missing, presumed stolen. (WHY?)
I should do something productive tonight but I'm reading
mcshep_match fics instead.
Also I'm thinking of doing a miniNano (at
apiphile's urging) involving Carstairs and Marwood, otherwise known as the big gay Victorian zombie apocalypse. I'll be aiming to write something every day, although it'll not be anywhere near 50,000 words. Should I do that over at
unseen_writings, or would people mind me doing it here?
The question is probably academic in any case; I may be drowning in a lake of paper, at that point.
