Well I'm in Cardiff. So far I have done considerably better on an exam than last time I took it, and drank a large amount of Stella Artois. Mmmm, beer. More to the point, Mmmmmm, free beer. My favourite flavour. :D

I have joined the Remus Lupin Fuh-Q-Fest, Howling at the Moon: I was feeling lonely without pressure to write looming over me. I procrastinate still, but when I have a deadline there is at least an enforced limit to my procrastination- otherwise I could procrastinate indefinitely. I know that

sparrohawk is involved, too- anyone else joining up?

The flat I've moved into is a little scummy, I admit, but I can deal with it. It's down the road from a library... what more do you need from life? Plus the route home from town is scattered with take aways that sell dirty kebabage, which is always a bonus.

I'm gonna try and get some writing done. I really want to write more about Remus. Also, I'm considering writing gen stuff. See, I've always written slash fanfiction, and I think that regardless of how well/badly you write, someone will enjoy it purely because of the pairing, or the sex, or whatever. I want to know if I can actually *write*. If I have more to my writing than "they argue, they fuck, they angst." So maybe. I'd like to write some gen Discworld fiction, because I love the Vetinari/Vimes interaction. Plus Rincewind is loads of fun. :D
