Dec. 7th, 2007 10:30 pmSo... which hockey team would Rodney support? And who would he talk about?
*knows nothing*
*is writing*
ETA: 'John came through the wormhole.'
Heh. Heh.
Okay, yes, I've only had a couple of beers. But I haven't eaten!
I should go do that.
XD
(I have to work on my birthday, so I'm starting it now instead.)

"Leafs suck."
"Leafs rule!"
"Hawks rule."
"Hawks suck."
"You suck!"
*giggling*
I decided on this instead:
Anta turned out to be a kid under three feet tall, and she came to wave Rodney goodbye.
“Just remember,” Rodney was saying, as John came through the wormhole, “Canadian or not, curling is not a real sport.”

Date: 2007-12-07 11:27 pm (UTC)Men with Brooms is my favorite Paul Gross movie EVER. It doesn't matter when I come into it, if it's playing on television when I'm flipping channels I'm gonna watch the rest of it. And if I haven't seen it in a few weeks, I'll pop in the DVD because it always makes me happy.
You've seen Wilby, right?
Of course :) I was just mentioning WW at the DS Noticeboard yesterday about how it's such a marvelous, quiet movie. All their friends coming together to make this massively amazing movie that just makes you feel warm inside.

David Hewlett'sDr. McKay's butt. ;-)~

Date: 2007-12-07 11:31 pm (UTC)This is the paragraph so far:
Anta turned out to be a kid under three feet tall, and she came to wave Rodney goodbye.
“Just remember,” Rodney was saying, as John came through the wormhole, “Canadian or not, curling is not a real sport.”
“Corrupting the young, Rodney?”
“Practising the uncle thing,” Rodney answered, clearly uncomfortable. “Are we going?”
“Yesterday he taught me about Hail Marys,” Anta piped up cheerfully, and for the first time in a while John’s grin lasted back to Atlantis.
I'm eager to change it so Rodney likes curling - it'd make me happy - I'm just English and unable to watch hockey. :D
