Thanks to the events of Quarantine, Ronon and John's daily run in my head now looks like a cross between your average jog and parkour. It's a pleasing mental image because not only would it be an excellent way of training for the kind of emergencies that happen every other day in Atlantis, but Atlantis itself is perfectly built for that kind of thing what with all the gantries and staircases and random wall protrusions.

It's also kinda amusing to imagine John wiping out spectacularly every other move.

I feel quite incredibly like crap today which is no great surprise; I'm going to toddle off to uni and last as long as possible without dying, which I think is all that I can ask of life. While I'm up there I can buy soup, too, huzzah! Since I'm not sure I can make it to the local co-op to get some and the bus stop is far closer. Frankly I would far rather spend the day in bed again, but that's defeatist talk. I have no desire to be chucked off my course.

Good thing at the moment - well, good thing number one was the SG:A group episode viewing, which was a hell of a lot of fun and made a lot more sense having actually watched the episode first (and not having a bottle of wine). Good thing number two is the fact that someone is apparently reading through (and commenting on) every Good Omens fic I have in my writing journal, which is very odd but quite lovely. Should get back on the writing wagon at some point, really, shouldn't I?

I think I need a new mood theme. How does one go about finding such a thing?

[livejournal.com profile] moody_girls and [livejournal.com profile] mood_mania are both good places to find themes.

And parkour!John would be the most entertaining thing ever.
