Person of Interest
Nov. 17th, 2015 08:45 pmi've started watching Person of Interest and I'm rather enjoying it, even with Jim Caviezel's slightly stilted acting and the excessive ADR. Harold Finch is a seriously interesting character, I like the slow drip of detail, it's well done, subtle. Which is enough to keep me interested, for the moment. The dialogue is hella clunky, though. I hope that cleans up over time.

At which point it abandons any pretense that it's anything other than chaotic-good science fiction, whacks you across the face with feelings, commits to subverting every character archetype it's set up so far, and doesn't look back. I love it a whole lot. A WHOLE LOT.
