It's odd. Odd but good. I don't know where I stand yet, but I'm seriously happy and man, Trinity's beautiful. Aaah, university buildings. *g*

What's it like? I've only ever seen US universities.

I was standing in the quad and GAPING. Huge old buildings with (looking through the windows, because I haven't been inside) ridiculously high ceilings and rich colours on the walls- colours that overwhelm normal sized houses and interior designers should be forcibly restrained from. On three sides there are huge white/grey buildings, and on the fourth, red brick. There's a random arch thing in the middle which has statues on it, holding Deeply Symbolic Ityms, which I wot not of, as I'm a little undereducated in such matters. There's so much green (and admittedly grey- the weather's not amazing), but it's just... nothing beats universities over here.

Yeah, same pretty much. My host is in a lecture so I am amusing myself in the computer room. I feel I should write something, but two days in a row waking up at 6:30, especially when one is a student, does not make for the big brainyworky things.
