See, this is why I need a significant other. Living in a house with only family doesn't help when I need to know quite where lips moving against the corner of someone's jaw will put their nose. Are we talking nose to lobe, or nose squished out of shape against the cartilage of the shell of their ear? If a person is lying behind them, snugged up against their back, I mean. Any of you that have people you're allowed to snuggle in faintly indecent ways, I think you should go and find out for me. Right now.

Stop looking at me funny, I'm serious! I'm not getting laid and I'm bitter about it, therefore I decree that every non-single person in the world is officially my bitch for the next ten minutes.

Okay, I just went and snuggled my husband really quickly, and I report back that when I kiss the corner of his jaw, my nose ends up at around his cheekbone, in front of his ear. That's a really--I like that spot. 'Scuse me, I have to, uh, investigate this further.

I find that my nose ends up not quite in the middle of his cheek, but sort of... the back of his cheek? Just in front of his ear.

For me it was always nose ended up nuzzling the skin behind the ear lobe-but thats because I'm a short arse who even in bed would always have my head at around his shoulder level. But I can't remember! Been too long since had snuggles of that variety...*sobs*
