My life at the moment? Yeah. You really don't want to know. Stuff is sucking left right and centre. I'm enjoying the drabbles, and that's pretty much it. It's too frickin' hot in this country, for a start. And I'm moving back to Cardiff in a few days, which is... kinda good, but I think I might be allergic to my room. I'll have to do some more cleaning.

I'm feeling invisible. Nobody seems to notice me in RL anymore. In fact, I *am* Richard Mayhew. I have fallen through the cracks. There's no one to pull me out.

So thanks everyone who comments at me and chats to me. If it weren't for you I'd be sobbing my little heart out. :(

Some people think 'online life' isn't real life. I'm not one of them. I do have a very 'lively real life' but what I do and who I am on line is part of that real life. Sometimes a huger part, sometimes a smaller one. Sometimes a more 'fun' or easier one, sometimes a more difficult one. Well...
I've been enjoying your drabbles, too, BTW. Thanks! And I'm looking forward to reading your contributions to the SSFF this weekend - in case the heat (it's f***ing hot here, too!) permits me to read ;-)

Part of my problem is my parents and friends' inability to accept that. It is important to me, and they just call me a geek. :(

I know, I know... *sighs* My husband thinks I'm a geek. Most people would swear that it is impossible a) to communicate or even to have a conversation via the internet, b) that people are sane spend more than twenty minutes per day online and) to make friends online. They're wrong, as we know.
Don't let that get to you too much and don't believe what they say about the 'online vs real live issue'. Who "spends all her time online"? You. You're the expert on that matter, aren't you?
