And that is distinctly not good. However, if you can trace it back to one person that means it's possible you can link those feelings in your mind with that person and get past it with someone else.
Well, though a large part of it was to do with the person involved, even though they may not have realised it, I'm reasonably sure that at least some of it is more to do with going "Nope, tried that, didn't like it."
