*sighs* yeah, I know. The hardest thing about advice is a)following it and b)forgiving the person for giving it, even if it was solicited. XD
I'm with you on the shoulders thing. I'm using birthday money for a massage, I've decided, 'cos when mates try to give me one they bruise me, I'm so tense.
I don't think many people should be afraid. It's just something that happens. What counts is whether you keep going anyway, or whether you hide from it, I guess.
